1. Introduction
Welcome to KATHA, an Over-The-Top (OTT) digital entertainment platform operated by Karthi Media & Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. (“KATHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, applications, digital streaming services, subscription plans, and related features.
By accessing our platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or watching any content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our applicable Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using our services.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
